24 Hours Garlic Rice is located at the Rosedale Foodcourt in Nasipit, Talamban. It is right beside UST-TC.
As the name implies, this tapsilogan is open 24 hours. When you get to the place, you are immediately greeted with their menu that's written on the front clear glass. Their prices are about just right and each order already includes drinks. I find their garlic rice delicious and you can really sense the taste/smell or garlic; even better than the garlic rice served in some more expensive restaurants. A single serving of their garlic rice is more than enough for me. Well, that depends on your appetite too.
